Hardware Setup

  • Step 1: Connect oscilloscope extension module to the DSLogic core module
  • Step 2: Connect sma-bnc adapter to the oscilloscope extension module
  • Step 3: Connect P6100 probe to the sma-bnc adapter
  • Step 4: Connect DSLogic core module to the USB port of your computer
  • Step 5: Open the DSLogic software, and check the GUI status
  • Step 6: Check the hardware status
  • Step 7: Config device mode to "Oscilloscope"
  • Step 8: Check the hardware status
  • Step 9: Check the hardware to complete "zero adjustment"
  • Step 10: Start to measure

Channel Control

Horizontal Control

Method 1:

  • Step 1: Put the mouse pointer in the "View Area"
  • Step 2: Scroll the mouse wheel to change the horizontal scale
  • Step 3: Check the horizontal dial for the detail scale value

Method 2:

  • Step 1: Click the horizontal dial to select the dial
  • Step 2: Put the mouse pointer in the "Head Area"
  • Step 3: Scroll the mouse wheel to change the horizontal scale
  • Step 4: Check the horizontal dial for the detail scale value / click the dial to deselect

Vertical Control

  • Step 1: Click specific channel's vertical dial to select the dial
  • Step 2: Put the mouse pointer in the "Head Area"
  • Step 3: Scroll the mouse wheel to change the vertical scale
  • Step 4: Check the vertical dial for the detail scale value / click the dial to deselect

Trigger

When oscilloscope is running. You can set different trigger condition to stable the waveform, or observer certain waveform details. Followings are the steps to using the trigger setting of DSLogic software.

  • Step 1: Click "Trigger" tool button to open the trigger dock
  • Step 2: Move the "Trigger Position" to change the trigger position
  • Step 3: Select the trigger sources
  • Step 4: Select the trigger type

  • Step 1: Move mouse close to the "Trigger Line", which will be highlighted. The default position of this "Trigger Line" would be on the top of the view window.
  • Step 2: Single click to select the "Trigger Line"
  • Step 3: Move mouse to change the trigger level.
  • Step 4: Single click to deselect the "Trigger Line". Trigger setting would be finished.
